About Xzavier Wilson

Born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio, Xzavier Wilson has spent his career at the intersection of service and systems — building the kind of hands-on technical expertise that keeps critical infrastructure running, while never losing sight of the people that infrastructure is meant to serve. As Founder and Technical Strategist, he brings that same dual focus to MMA: the rigor to build things that work, and the conviction that they should be built for someone.

That dual focus took shape early. Xzavier's passion for social work, technological innovation, and philanthropy has carried him from federal disaster response to enterprise data centers to community volunteer efforts, always with the same throughline: showing up, doing the work, and making systems — technical and civic — work better for the people who depend on them.

He's logged over 4,000 volunteer hours with the federal government alongside hundreds more with local initiatives, from food drives to Habitat for Humanity builds. It's service in the truest sense — not episodic, but a habit he's built over years, one that mirrors the same reliability he brings to his technical work.

Outside of MMA, Xzavier is a chess player and a traveler, always up for a game that rewards patience and foresight, and always looking for the next trip to take with friends and family. He currently resides in the Atlanta metro area.

Looking ahead, Xzavier's ambition is to help cultivate a team of equally passionate media and tech professionals — people who bring the same rigor, care, and commitment to the Midwest's creative community that he's brought to every room he's walked into. It's the vision behind why MMA exists at all: giving the people who tell the Midwest's stories the real studio space, training, and advocacy they deserve.
